What's life without wonderful serendipitous discoveries as we suddenly turn a corner... what if men and women no longer left their works of art to illicit, eternal or even ephemeral anonymity...

Art for 5 days!
(c) Shouren Datta Pandal art at Durga Puja in Calcutta - this mural is made from clay and hemp. This festival sees a mindboggling array of talent, for all of a fleeting 5 days.
Great art on display here! As an art aficionado I like what I see. Like the Durga puja there's a lot of art to be seen in Bombay during the Ganeshotsav, though a bit kitschy.
But the pity is that all such art is shortlived and pulled down after a few days.
This picture is nice. So is the theme of your blog. Do visit mine if you have the time.
